What is the Nurse at Home Program?
Our program delivers comprehensive in home clinical services, including patient counselling, medication administration, blood glucose and blood pressure monitoring, opioid agonist treatment, foot care and adherence evaluations.

Is there a scheduled time and frequency for nursing visits?
The nurse is scheduled to arrive once daily every morning.
Are there any additional costs?
This service is free for you. All prescription costs are covered by PharmaCare or your private insurance.
Can medications be filled and delivered from any pharmacy of choice?
To ensure continuity off are and proper monitoring, all medications elated to the program are dispensed through Pharmasave Hamilton Village.
What cities are serviced?
We currently serve select cities across the lower mainland: Richmond, New Westminster, Delta, Surrey, Vancouver and Burnaby.
